Our volunteering time includes a tour of the ranch, a safety briefing, project work time and horse interaction.

kent state at psuFootball Watchparty & Annual Food Drive
Join us to watch our Nittany Lions play against the Golden Flashes and participate in our annual food drive (more details below)! Please RSVP by Thursday, September 19th so we can give Woody's in Morrisville an accurate estimate of how many people will arrive at the watchparty. Date: Saturday, September 21st, 2024 Kickoff: 3:30pm ET Location: Woody's Sports Tavern & Grill - Morrisville. 3107 Grace Park Dr, Morrisville, NC 27506. Please RSVP here. 2024 Food Drive We look forward to your participation again this year in this opportunity to help those in need. Please bring your food or monetary donations to the Penn State Football Gamewatch party. Each week we will collect your donations and deliver them to Urban Ministries. As an incentive for greater giving, if you donate food this week, you'll receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win wonderful Penn State prizes in the halftime raffle! In addition, for every $5 cash donation you make, you will also receive an extra halftime raffle ticket. Urban Ministries welcomes all of our food donations and uses our cash donations to purchase much needed fresh produce and meat. (They "convert" monetary donations to pounds based on market rates.) We'll be collecting for our Food Drive all football season long, so let us challenge ourselves to beat last year's total! Halftime Raffle Chapter Alumni Members receive ONE complimentary raffle ticket at the door for the Penn State themed raffle. Tickets for the 50/50 raffle can be purchased before halftime. Proceeds from the 50/50 raffle benefit our scholarship fund. Prizes are handed out by our returning Halftime Host, Steve Ottone. We cannot wait to hear the new trivia Steve will share with us this year! Do not forget to bring a few extra dollars for more chances to win. Here are the prices for an extra raffle ticket(s).
